  • Vendor Applications: All vendor registrations for Shop + Nibble events are subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any application for any reason.
  • Payments: Vendor fees must be paid in full upon registration. Once payment is received, it is non-refundable for any reason, including vendor cancellations, no-shows, or event changes beyond our control (e.g., weather, government restrictions, etc.).
  • Cancellations: Shop + Nibble reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event of cancellation, vendors will receive an event credit towards a new event date.

5. Product Sales

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe the products featured on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, accurate, or error-free.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shop + Nibble or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is strictly prohibited.
